- The specification, schema, and mime catalog are updated to version 1.1. Please review the diff file for differences in language and conformance.
- Changes include clarification to language and requirements as well as technical changes to reflect conformance considerations and the addition of the application/xml+xsl to the IANA mime type list.

- The specification has been updated to its final version 1.0. Numerous changes to language and several additional technology decisions were reached since the prior developement version. The specification is considered final and will no longer be changed except to clarify ambiguities in language.

- Specification updated to version 1.b. The changes feature a reduced header for simplified email addressing and simplified stylesheet referrencing by the deletion of 7 tags. The schema is updated and the changes are documented.
- W3C defined media types are now featured as an attribute to stylesheets.
